Let's Meet Some NPCs
Ashe Rumbleswift
He/They
Runswick may have been a bustling town, but being born into a world of familial responsibility caused Ashe to find his life to be a bit boorish. Tayrn Rumbleswift, Ashe’s father, was the blade master for the town guard with all hope and expectation that Ashe would take over.
Skill with the blade came laboriously, in no small part due to their lack of desire for it. Absorbed in every book about the arcane they could find, Ashe sought a magical life. The first time he Shifted, Ashe’s dreams came true.
Lontess
They/Them
The horrors persist, and Lontess may be one of them. Wearing a mask has become second nature, keeping both the air they breathe, and their identity, safe. Generally untrusting of people, it is rare to see Lontess
remove their mask, and when they do you never know what face will be underneath. Born in the small town of Davenport, Lontess learned at the tender age of 8 that a creature that can see your face is one that can pretend to be you...
Veronica Ebily
She/Her
Just sit down, why are you tapping your foot, please stop your fidgeting, she had heard it all her life. Veronica had felt it, every day. She was meant for so much more than being confined in a cubicle. Her molecules vibrated for something more, and one day she found it, in a grocery store of all places. Chromers came in dead set on robbing the place, and Veronica had had enough. Her normally tremendous energy settled to a stark calm in the heat of the moment.
